With a deep understanding of the transport and container terminal ecosystem, this professional must bring laser-sharp sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a flair for high-impact communication.

    The incumbent must be a campaign specialist, skilled in designing and executing outbound initiatives that generate high-value leads, nurture client relationships, and accelerate conversion across international markets.

    You must be extremely articulate and globally aware, as you will be interacting with the C-Suite and leadership across many countries. Your presentation and engagement need to be of the highest order.

    What We Are Seeking in You:

    • A Fanatical Prospector: Data-Driven Focus from our extensive terminal database, CRM insights, and performance analytics to refine approach, enhance targeting, and drive measurable pipeline growth.
    • Exceptional Sales Technique: Masters the consultative sales process, understands client pain points, and positions Qavach as a transformational solution, not just software.
    • Campaign Leadership: Crafts multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, webinars, industry events) that resonate with terminal executives, safety teams, and procurement leads alike.
    • Industry Fluent: Understands the operational complexity and compliance pressures of container terminals. Speak the language of safety managers, operations directors, and CEOs with credibility and nuance.
    • Stakeholder Persuasion: Engages C-suite executives and frontline safety professionals with equal ease, navigating long-cycle B2B decisions with clarity and empathy.
    • Conversion Specialist: Maintains a very high lead-to-demo conversion rate (50%) and a demo-to-close success ratio (75%) by addressing pain points, ROI benefits, mapping needs to value, and making urgency visible.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • An MBA from a reputed institute, preferably a tier 1
    • Work experience with Container Terminals or Container Shipping Lines
    • At least 15 years of sales experience of which 5 as a manager
    • Experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably with software
    • International sales experience with C-Suite engagement
    • Excellent communication, creative, and analytic skills
