Our consumer-facing Storefront team is responsible for building and growing the native apps and websites customers use to shop our catalog. We leverage technology to make shopping for millions of products feel simple and personal. Customers should feel as comfortable browsing our site from the comfort of their home laptop as they do finalizing purchase decisions from their phones on-the-go.

What You'll Do:

• Develop a product roadmap for our marketing partner data integration platforms across a range of outbound & inbound implementations (pixels, S2S, audiences, data downloaders)
• In partnership with marketing, develop systems and processes that reduce time to market of new integrations while balancing requirements on data quality & reliability, privacy, and security
• Partner with signaling & privacy product to optimize methods and types of data signals we pass to vendors to maximize marketing outcomes while respecting customer data privacy
• Establish strong relationships with vendor partners (. Search Engines, Social Networks, DSPs); stay ahead of API and other platform updates, explore new features, and troubleshoot issues
• Lead regular audits of our data integrations to ensure quality & compliance; clean up legacy integrations to maintain control of Wayfair data
• Regularly perform market discovery; surface and apply relevant market best-practices into Wayfair's partner integration strategy; identify opportunities for build vs buy
• Communicate regularly with leadership across both tech and marketing; translate technical and domain specific language into comms for broad audiences
• Maintain robust documentation on the current state of our vendor integration platforms

We Are a Match Because You Have:

• 5+ years experiences in B2B software/SaaS product management, or highly related Martech roles
• Understanding of common digital marketing tech/platforms and/or a strong interest in digital marketing tech
• Previous experience with digital marketing data integrations (pixels/tags, server-to-server, audiences, and/or major digital marketing publishers (Google, Meta, Pinterest, DSPs, a plus
• Ability to structure problems, develop clear hypotheses, and prioritize work against the largest impact initiatives
• Highly organized in execution; able to independently manage progress across multiple work streams in parallel while keeping the broader org up-to-date
• Proven ability to work across a wide range of cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both internal and external
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; consistently keep teams updated on platform strategy and progress
• Effective written communication with a talent for simplifying complexity to drive alignment via product requirement docs, briefs, user stories, etc.
