The position requires a dynamic
Salesand Marketing Engineer with experience in
BMS Project Sales. The role involvesdriving sales building client relationships and promoting
BMS solutions to achieve businessobjectives.
Responsibilities:
Sales and
Marketing Strategy: Developand implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for BMSsolutions. Identify and pursue new businessopportunities in target markets and industrysegments. Collaborate with the marketingteam to create compelling promotionalmaterials.
ClientEngagement: Build andmaintain strong relationships with existing clients while activelyseeking new partnerships. Conduct clientneeds assessments and propose tailored BMSsolutions. Conduct product demonstrationsand presentations to showcase the benefits ofofferings.
TechnicalExpertise: Possess indepthtechnical knowledge of BMS & ELVsystems. Provide technical support toclients during presales and postsalesphases. Stay abreast of industry trends toposition solutionscompetitively.
MarketAnalysis: Conduct marketresearch to identify industry trends competitor activities andmarket demands. Analyze customer feedbackand market dynamics to enhance productofferings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor& degree in Instrumentational / Electronics EngineeringAutomation or a related field. Provenexperience in sales and marketing of BMSsolutions. Strong technical understanding ofHVAC and BMS systems. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
