    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant (CA) dropout or a professional Accountant who has been working in a CA firm for the past 10 years, specializing in handling client-related compliances. The primary responsibility of the Compliance Specialist will be to manage and oversee the timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances for our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • GST Return Filing: Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time for our clients. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and keep abreast of any changes in GST .
    • TDS Return Filing: Handle the preparation and filing of TDS returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to TDS regulations.
    • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding compliance-related matters. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure that all necessary filings are completed within the specified timelines.
    • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain thorough documentation of all compliance-related activities and client communications. Keep accurate records of filings, receipts, and other relevant documents.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and addressing their compliance needs effectively.
    • Stay Updated: Stay informed about changes in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including accountants and tax professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and CA dropout can also apply.
    • Previous experience working in a CA firm for at least 10 years, with a focus on compliance-related activities.
    • Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS regulations, and other statutory compliances.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
