    Job Overview

    Abreco Motors, a TATA MOTORS CV Dealer for Central Kerala, is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As the Branch Manager, you will lead the operations of our branch in Thrissur, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position for candidates with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry and commercial vehicle market is highly desirable.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
    • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient utilization of resources.
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales executives, service technicians, and administrative staff.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
    • Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and optimize overall business operations.
    • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
    • Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of branch employees.
    • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
