    Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Digitalization Specialist to lead and execute data digitalization initiatives within PMO ReNew. The candidate will be responsible for leading interfacing actions with ReNew's Digital transformation Teams. This platform would integrate the X-functional KPI's to develop performance outcomes for monitoring, controlling & reporting. The candidate must be comfortable with AI/ML initiatives and UI/UX design tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Digitalization Planning:

    Lead and implement strategies for the digitalization of data.

    Collaborate with X-functional stakeholders to understand their requirements and integrate them on a data platform

    Evaluate existing data sources and formats to analyze their data quality, completeness, and accuracy.

    2. Implementation:

    Identification and alignment of requirements across stakeholders of value chain

    Creation of Lo-fi to Hi-Fi UI/UX designs to represent the KPI's of Functions and Business Units

    Creation of data forms and knowledge of API's to integrate various data sources like -Primavera, SAP and other proprietary tools with the platform.

    Implement quality control measures to validate digitalized data.

    Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in the digitalization process.

    Partnering with the IT team and external partners to develop and host the Hi-fi designs on the Data Visualization platform

    3. Data integration:

    Interface with IT Teams for creation and maintenance of dynamic databases to ensure consistent data flow to feed the platform

    A good understanding of Extracting, Transformation & Load of data from primary data sources.

    Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R would be added advantage

    A good understanding of developing process workflows and identification and management of the Fast/Slow moving data flow to the platform

    4. Documentation:

    Preparation of Business Requirement Document for the IT team.

    Maintain detailed documentation of the digitalization process.

    Create user manuals and guidelines for handling digitalized data.

    Maintaining the change control procedure

    5. Data Security and Compliance

    Implementation of access controls, data security measures to protect confidentiality of data wherever required.t

    Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.

    6. Training and Support:

    Provide training to end-users on accessing and utilizing the platform.

    Handholding users and owning the import of data till the stabilization of platform

    7. Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

    Phase wise improvement to the platform

    Experience: 4-8 years

    Qualification and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree with a keen passion for digitalization related work.

    Experience in digitalization projects.

    Deep understanding of UI/UX tools and basic understanding of APIs and databases.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent attention to detail, design and data accuracy.

    Good understanding and knowledge of data management principles and best practices would be very helpful.

    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    Strong communication and documentation skills.

    Knowledge of Renewable Energy business and regulations.
