- Excellent quantitative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation, and Tableau.
- Understanding of the Indian Premier Business Schools landscape and career outcomes.
- Ability to meet assigned targets with a keen eye on planning, managing, and execution.
- Well-networked in the corporate HR and corporate community, with experience working with senior professionals in HR, functional leaders, and CXOs.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, positive attitude, and pleasing personality with strong analytical skills.
