Responsibilities
A. Safety Compliance & Monitoring Ensure compliance with offshore HSE regulations (e.g., OISD, OMR, DGH guidelines, ISO 45001/14001).+Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits,+PTW (Permit to Work) verification,+and toolbox meetings.B. Risk Identification & Control Facilitate Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments,
HAZID sessions,
and task hazard reviews.
C. Incident Management Lead incident/near-miss reporting
and conduct preliminary and detailed investigations.
