Job Title: Sales Representative/Counselor

Are you passionate about culinary arts and eager to share your knowledge with aspiring chefs? Our institute, affiliated with Swiss University Group and City & Guilds London is seeking a Sales Representative/Program Counselor to join our team in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore, India (On-site/Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, guiding potential students through our courses and programs.

Maintain accurate sales and student data using Google Sheets and our CRM system, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Conduct engaging tours of our facilities, showcasing our state-of-the-art equipment and learning environment.

Assist students with the enrollment process, explaining course details, curriculum, career opportunities, and international accreditations.

Provide personalized counseling to students and their parents, addressing questions about internships, education loans, and industry trends.

Promote our courses through outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media posts, contributing to our organic lead generation efforts.

Collaborate with our management team to address student needs, escalate important issues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, counseling, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

A strong desire to help students achieve their career goals.

Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM systems, or a willingness to learn.

Positive attitude, team player mentality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
