    Role - Executive Assistant

    Location - Delhi and Bangalore

    Experience - Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role.

    Mandatory Requirement

    • 3 -5 years of Proven work experience as an executive assistant reporting directly to senior management.
    • B. Com / M. Com / MBA / PGDM

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting Partner & Director in day to day working.
    • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
    • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
    • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

    Experience and Qualification

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
    • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
    • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
    • Prior experience in Calendar Management & Travel Management is preferred.
