- Strong knowledge and experience in HR management
- Minimum experience of 8-9 years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of local labor laws and regulations as well as Factories Act
- Experience in benefits administration and managing employee relations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
