    Description
  • Act as the primary liaison for new hires at Trinity, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, including coordination of communications, logistics, and other onboarding-related workstreams. This includes supporting both lateral and campus onboarding plans and taking end-to-end ownership of the process.
  • Manage the corporate Training & Events calendar to ensure seamless scheduling and organization.
  • Maintain and update Trinity's training repository, ensuring it remains orderly and current.
  • Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) to uphold accurate employee training records.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external vendors, under the guidance of other L&D members, and engage with different groups, including new employees and cross-functional teams, to recognize and meet evolving training requirements.
  • Contribute to other L&D responsibilities and special initiatives as required, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and foster a positive organizational culture through various events.
  • Maintain project trackers, training materials, information, and related documents properly organized, ensuring easy access and transparency.
  • Required to work with global counterparts across US and EU regions, demonstrating awareness and respect towards other cultures, and adapting to different working styles.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions confidently as part of the orientation process, showcasing excellent presentational skills and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Provide support to ad-hoc business needs with a collaborative approach and growth mindset, ensuring timely resolution and effective problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR role or related field.
  • Experience in consulting, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries a plus
  • Professional demeanor, collaborative and team-oriented
  • Proven results-oriented work experience and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrates strong Problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing training content and approaches
  • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and any other training software is a plus.
