    JobDescriptionROLEEXPECTATIONS:As ChiefBusiness Officer you are part of the founding team and in the roleyou are fully responsible for the strategy and growth of thecompany build a scaleable business and team ensure continuedbusiness growth cultivate partnerships. The CBO will be a majorcontributor in the strategic development and shaping the success ofcompany. He/she will work closely with the Founder & CEOleadership team to drive all business aspects of further evolutionof the company.Specifically you will beresponsible for all operational aspects of the company includingcorporate and business development activities strategic planningbudget development andcontrol.
    DUTIESandRESPONSIBILITIES
    • Developa comprehensive inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy bycollaborating with the Management/ board of directors whichdetermines the enterprises overall vision evaluates the overallbusiness portfolio.
    • Financial Planning need asolid grasp of financial planning and forecasting and should beable to set milestones and budgets to ensure solvency and longtermgrowth
    • Manage the entire Businessunits.
    • Responsible for developing short andlongterm strategies and goals.
    • Key member ofthe senior management team.
    • Key responsibilityincludes Business Growth Revenue Generation Bottomline and Top linegrowth P&L driving and increase Marketshare.
    • Leadership for the development ofstrategic marketing plans including objectives and strategy fortargeted markets.
    • Represent the company inimportant functions industry events and publicmeetings
    • Experience in longterm sales/projectpipeline development.
    • Receivables managementincluding pre and post invoice captures.
    • Beinformed of the industry landscape competitions/competitors andclient requirements at various levels.
    • Designan executive business roadmap of potential business opportunitiesincluding internal and external development programs and financingopportunities.
    • Participate in building the mostadvanced financial platform.
    • Lead a sales teamcommitted and passionate about onboarding client partners withinnovative payment solutions.
    • Managerelationships with Business Associatespartners/vendors.
    • Establish and reviewing keystrategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensivestrategic plan and monitor the execution of the strategicplan.
    • Owning sales targets overall and withinaccounts. Developing and implementing strategic plan to achieve thesame.
    • Set comprehensive goals for performanceand growth to take the lead in expansionactivities.
    • Build and maintain strong customerrelationships and be a partner to customers to understand theirneeds and objectives.
    • Consistently achieverevenue targets in line with team/organizationalobjectives.
    • Customer RelationshipManagement.
    • Driving decisionmaking that createsmedium and longtermimprovement.

    TheSuccessfulApplicant:
    • Prior workexperience and an existing network in financial institutionsinsurance companies or institutional investment companies is astrong plus
    • 10 to 15 years of experience in aFintech / Banking / Wealth Management or Financial Servicesorganization selling. 20 years of Experience in the sameindustry
    will beappreciated
    • High level ofinterpersonal communication skills and experience dealing withlarger more complex credit relationships
    • Anentrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational andleadership skills.
    Must becomfortable to work with startupcompany.
