    Overview:

    As the Brand, Content, and Digital Lead, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to elevate our clients' brands, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. This multifaceted role demands a blend of strategic vision, creative prowess, and digital savvy to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of brand marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Strategy and Planning:

    • Devise content strategies tailored to clients' brand objectives, audience preferences, and digital platforms.
    • Identify content opportunities through industry analysis, consumer insights, and SEO research.
    • Define content themes, pillars, and formats that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
    • Work collaboratively with creative teams to conceptualise, plan, and execute impactful content campaigns across diverse channels.

    Content Creation and Production:

    • Lead or oversee the creation of captivating content spanning various formats, such as articles, blogs, social media posts, videos,ad copies and infographics.
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and SEO best practices in all content endeavors.
    • Foster collaboration with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia assets that drive engagement and brand visibility.

    Performance Analysis and Optimization:

    • Utilize analytics tools and KPIs to monitor and evaluate the performance of content initiatives.
    • Derive actionable insights from data analysis to refine strategies, enhance performance, and optimise ROI.
    • Deliver regular reports to clients, accompanied by strategic recommendations for enhancing content effectiveness and achieving business objectives.

    Client Communication and Collaboration:

    • Conduct productive client meetings, presentations, and workshops to convey strategic insights, progress updates, and campaign outcomes.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including account managers, designers, and digital marketers, to ensure the seamless execution of brand and content initiatives.

    Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing :

    Do end to end account management for all clients handed over to you.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
    • Minimum of 2 years of agency experience.
    • Profound understanding of branding principles, content marketing strategies, and digital channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling brand narratives and articulating complex concepts.
    • Proficiency in utilising analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics to track and measure content performance.
    • Demonstrated creative thinking, strategic acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
    • Familiarity with leveraging research tools, measuring KPIs, and harnessing AI and emerging technologies to enhance brand strategies and performance in the digital landscape.
