    Description

    The ideal candidate will be guiding and managing the overall gambit of Training & Development initiatives for the AIS- Auto Patan Plant encompassing all categories of employment. He/she ensures implementation of various E & T systems planned for Staff as well as Associates. Talent Aquisition, Talent Engagement, Talent Management.

    Responsibilities

    The Section Head follows PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodology for all Training & Development activities. He will be responsible for performing functions such as induction activities, content development for trainings, impart trainings, coordination, Coaching & mentoring, GAP Analysis, Evaluation & Effectiveness on a regular basis. He/she will also ensures Competency mapping and evaluation of staff members and drawing out an effective training plan of bridging in the gaps. He/she will also be responsible for skills enhancement of members be it staff or associates. He / she will also be required to impart training for self-development (softer) and process excellence skills enhancement. The Section head will also ensure E & T MIS preparation and submission as per defined system.

    Talent Acquisition (White collar) , Corporate MIS, Female Management, POSH Training, onboarding & joining formalities, Mentoring programs & Supoort comittees in TEI activities,Exit formalities & HR operations, PMS, Employee Engagement

    • Conducting Self -development & Process excellence Training in -house.
    • Preparation, Submission and monitoring of E & T Budget
    • Preparation of training modules.
    • Implementation of overall E & T systems
    • Imparting trainings for Process Excellence and Self Development. To Staff & Associates.
    • MIS - E & T.- Staff & Associates.
    • Annual training plan -development and finalization and execution.
    • Education & Training Program for Lateral Hirees. & Graduate Engineer Trainees , Associates - Trainees.
    • Skill Enhancement Program (SEP) for Associate -On rolls & FTE's.
    • Competency Enhancement Program (CEP) for Staff - Supervisors uptil Officers.
    • Competency Enhancement Program (CEP) for Senior Officer's & Above .
    • Ensure Collection / distribution / compilation of all trainings documents - Feedback and evaluation.
    • Learning Management System
    • Training Needs analysis & identification.
    • Talent Engagement Activity, Talent Management and Talent Development
    • Mentor and Budy Programme Manage.
    • Confirmation, PMS and Follow up for Timely submisison of Goal Sheet and Maintain various letter Ack
    • Fix Term Contract Employee Management and timely review their contract
    • Performance appraisal follow Timeline
    • Timely submission of Required MIS
    • Recruitment of White Coller, Follow TAT as per policy
    • Impart trainings for various TQM . TPM , TPS, topics to Staff & Associates for capability enhancement
    • Impart basic training on Lean manufacturing & Six sigma concept - not specialized to Staff & Associates for capability enhancement
    • Take sessions on Self -development & process excellence topics for Staff members.
    • Coordinate with Corporate HR for all trainings and development related tasks.
    • Develop the Internal Training Resources for conducting various training programs.
    • Identify Training Resources
    • Coordinate with MACE and organize training programs through MACE for Staff members.

    Qualifications

    • MBA (HR) with experience in areas Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering/shop floor, Technical Training, Six Sigma, Quality, 5S, TPM, TQM, TPS and TS systems and Process Excellence.
