Over the past 4.5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.

As a Senior Manager - Founder's Office, you would be part of the central strategy team responsible for making decisions impacting the foundational blocks of Pepper You will be the central liaison between various functional teams driving day-to-day operations and owning core metrics with functional leaders.

You will also be involved with owning focused objectives and building center of excellence (CoE) functions at Pepper
