We are currently seeking an experienced L3 Server Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical prowess in Linux server administration coupled with outstanding communication skills. As an L3 Server Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of our Linux servers.

Job Description:

• Manage a 24/7 helpdesk catering to data centers and web hosting companies.
• Monitor and maintain Linux servers to guarantee stability and peak performance.
• Proactively develop and maintain all Linux infrastructure technologies to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 service.
• Implement and adhere to best practices for system and service management across all environments.
• Conduct thorough fault finding, analysis, and logging to report performance exceptions.
• Develop and modify scripts or applications to facilitate necessary tasks.
• Troubleshoot server issues and outages promptly to minimize downtime and uphold a seamless user experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in PHP, Perl, and Bash Scripting.
• Experience with Web Hosting Control Panels such as Cpanel, Plesk, Direct Admin, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
