    Role Description

    1. Social Media Strategy:

    Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.

    Identify target audiences and tailor content and campaigns accordingly.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

    2. Content Creation:

    Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and a cohesive brand presence.

    Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

    3. Campaign Execution:

    Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.

    Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.

    4. Analytics and Reporting:

    Monitor and analyze key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.

    Identify opportunities for growth and recommend adjustments to the social media strategy.

    5. Compliance and Brand Guidelines:

    Ensure all content and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements.

    Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and policies.

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of experience in social media marketing
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of image and video editing tools is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Deep understanding of all social media platforms and their respective audiences
    • Self-motivated- ability to take initiative and work independently on projects
