    Job Overview

    As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire service delivery process. This includes managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers, ensuring complete understanding of datacenter, network, security, Windows, and O365 architecture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define Goals and Objectives for Team Members
    • Take Sign Off on TNI (Training Need Identification) for all team members
    • Ensure timely completion of Monthly/Quarterly Appraisals and Probationary Reviews
    • Raise Requests for Awards and Appreciations as necessary

    Internal Meetings and Compliance:

    Regular internal meetings will be held to track weekly/monthly activities performance and develop strategies for better coordination among teams. Ensuring adherence to processes in all domains, conducting internal audits to check compliance, and participating in S1 calls and critical incident calls will be essential responsibilities.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Review and present Monthly MIS to customers
    • Ensure timely completion of actionables on weekly MOMs and review with customers
    • Support Structure Reviews, including Capacity/Resource Planning

    Service Delivery and Quality Assurance:

    • Closing of all escalations within a single business day
    • Internal meetings with domain leads to develop strategies for better coordination among teams
    • Reviewing roster plans for the team and ensuring backup engineers for critical issues

    Team Management and Development:

    • Proper handover for team members leaving the organization and controlling attrition
    • Make random checks to verify daily handovers and checklists are being filled and followed

    Performance Evaluation and Improvement:

    • Driving new initiatives for improving overall service delivery
    • Ensuring all audit points from external/internal audits are closed
    • Performance checks, random tests, and preparation of action plans for performance issues

    Reporting and Communication:

    • Review of reports on a weekly/monthly basis for all domains
    • Concerns raised by the team with backend and customer
    • Review of processes and their rollout

    Customer Satisfaction and Project Participation:

    • CSAT to be done as per norms with high customer satisfaction ratio
    • Screening fresh and experienced candidates for different roles
    • Participation with customers in upcoming projects, CB analysis, feasibility checks, and best practices sharing
