    Job Overview

    Equinox Labs is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
    • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring maximum profitability
    • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions for clients
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential market opportunities
    • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular sales reports
