We seek a talented experienced IndustrialDesign Engineer to join our growing team. As an Industrial DesignEngineer in plastics you will be responsible for the design anddevelopment of innovative plastic products. You will work closelywith crossfunctional teams to bring products from concept tomarket.
Duties& Responsibilities:

• Developand refine product concepts from initial sketches to 3D models
• Conduct market research and analysis toidentify trends and customer needs
• Createdetailed product specifications and drawings
• Collaborate with engineers and manufacturersto ensure that products are manufacturable and meet qualitystandards
• Stay up to date on the latestplastic materials and manufacturing techniques
• Present design concepts to stakeholders andobtain feedback
• Prepare design documentationfor manufacturing

KeySkills:

• Knowledge of industrialdesign with a focus on plastics
• Experiencewith 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or CreoParametric.
• Experience with design formanufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly(DFA)
• Strong understanding of plastic materialsand manufacturing processes
• Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills
• Abilityto work independently and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
• Experience with rapidprototyping techniques.
• Knowledge of molddesign and tooling.
• Experience with theproduct development process from concept tomarket.

Qualification:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Design or arelated field Experience: 3Years
