Enhance IT security of the organizationHandling incidents in Microsoft 365 DefenderImplement controls to increase organization security posture.
Device and application management through Microsoft Intune.
Managing SonicWall NSA 4700 firewallBAU tasksInstalling, configuring and maintaining hardware, software and networks.
Providing IT assistance to staffTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer and connection issues within a timely manner.

Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removedCreating and managing user accounts and roles in Microsoft 365 admin centerOther tasks:
Maintain and expand IT knowledgeAttain relevant Microsoft certificationsVMware administration
