- Someone who owns the P/L for the Ecommerce marketplace and D2C website.
- 710 years of total experience
- Experience in the Beauty/Personal care category is a plus
- Look at the sales from all the Ecommerce platforms
- Understanding ecommerce systems: as an ecommerce manager, you need to oversee search engine optimization, customer management systems, and online stores.
- Maintain ongoing relationships & communication with key stakeholders such as category managers, logistic service providers, vendor partners & digital marketing agencies.
- Product Portfolio management
- Assist the team with product sales and category performance inputs to optimize the product portfolio from time to time.
- Monitoring product/ ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews to drive sales.
- Working closely with marketing team and agency to ensure right communication on
- Analyze performance metrics for the online marketplace and provide insights on overall performance by creating relevant reports.
- Track and Analyze performance metrics and implement strategy to improve sales from both channel and SKU level
