    We're looking for experienced B2B SAAS Consultative Sales Professional to join our pace-setting, dynamic and very passionate team.

    This is a very critical role in the Sales leadership team with the ability to strategize and also lead from the front.

    As a 'Proud Partner to Great Brands', we bring differentiated products to cater to changing client needs, focussing on consultative sales process which transitions into seamless client integration and servicing.


    The incumbent should have extensive experience in India market with the ability to become an integral part of the team, displaying boundary less behaviours towards delivering against annual plans of revenue and profitability.

    Key Responsibilites:

    • Deliver revenue targets against the annual targets
    • Forecast, develop and implement industryspecific sales plans & strategies to target enterprise and large clients
    • Establish pricing models that optimize revenue potential while maintaining competitive positioning in the marketplace
    • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams towards AOP achievement
    • Ability to hire and retain the right talent and ensure rolereadiness, be accountable for their training, performance, mentoring and motivation, success, recognition and growth
    • Constantly create alternate sources of revenue and backup plans towards goal achievement
    • Manage team performance through a robust Performance Management Process involving goal setting, regular reviews, feedback, capability building.
    • Generate whitepapers, thought leadership papers, and sales presentations as required to strength brand image and client confidence
    • Bring industry best practices for customer acquisition/retention strategies and focus on being future ready
    • Constantly anticipate challenges and prepare backup plans for success
    • Be a core part of the thinktank to anticipate future needs, challenges and work towards longterm strategies
    • Very high level of customer centricity and relationship management and networking skills
    • Understand and monitor key sales metrics, sales technology stack, data visualization, executive reporting, and others

    • Full-Time MBA from a premium business school
    • 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales/Business Development in the B2B SaaS space
    • Extensive domestic market experience, with good to have experience of emerging market as well like SEA, MiddleEast and Africa
    • Team handling experience of at least 5 years
    • Prior experience of hiring team members
    • Exceptional communication, presentation skills with proven capability through the entire sales process
    • Comfort with travelling while also being able to manage strong client relationships virtually
    • Track record of driving sustainable results and building and retaining strong teams.
    • Proven customercentric approach, consultative solutioning skills while driving profitability
    • Ability to forecast and plan, execute, restrategize and work proactively towards target achievement
    • Display high level of accountability and problem solving skills

    This role will report to our Co-founder and CEO, Divir Tiwari.

    With an entrepreneurial bent of mind, Divir co-founded FieldAssist post his graduation. His passion and commitment helped in scaling the organization to a level where we see double-digit growth y-o-y. A technology enthusiast by heart, he loves to interact and understand problems that could be possibly solved with technology.


    A graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad, Divir loves to interact and apprehend concerns which have a potential to be resolved with new-age technology.

    His passion for solving problems with technology led him to co-found India's first integrated QR code marketing platform - Flick2Know.

    He was also the Student Director - Finance, for his college's E-cell- Genesis; co-founded the institute's Cyber Exchange; and was also a student journalist.

    In 2014, Divir co-founded FieldAssist, a part of Flick2Know.

    Driven to solve the most critical challenge of the CPG industry- mapping and monitoring field sales staff- Divir and the team took it upon themselves to offer sustainable, economical and simpler solutions that didn't exist in the market until then.

    Since FieldAssist's incorporation, Divir has been keenly identifying and developing solutions for other critical sales and distribution problems of the CPG industry.
