- Handle inbound and outbound leads for CFA, FRM, Investment Banking, US CPA, and CMA programs
- Qualify prospects based on educational background, work experience, career goals, and exam readiness
- Assess suitability for roles in Investment Banking, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Accounting, and Analytics
- Prioritize high-intent leads and manage structured follow-up cycles
- Conduct tele-counseling, video counseling (Zoom), and in-person counseling sessions
- Explain course curriculum, certification structure, exam levels, timelines, fees, and learning outcomes
- Counsel students on finance and investment banking career paths, salary expectations, and industry demand
- Address objections related to fees, ROI, time commitment, exam difficulty, and placement outcomes
- Drive candidates through the end-to-end admissions funnel: inquiry → counseling → follow-up → payment → enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
- Execute consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to maximize conversion rates
- Track daily performance metrics including calls, counseling sessions, enrollments, and revenue
- Meet and exceed monthly admissions and revenue targets across finance and investment banking programs
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student experience
- 1–3 years experience in EdTech sales, finance course counseling, or inside sales
- Direct experience selling CFA, FRM, Investment Banking, US CPA, CMA, or finance test-prep programs
- Strong background in B2C admissions sales and lead conversion
- Excellent English communication and persuasive counseling skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong objection handling and closing ability
- Comfortable using CRM systems, lead management tools, and sales reports
- Ability to build trust with finance aspirants, students, and working professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

This is a B2C admissions sales role focused on driving enrollments for CFA, FRM, Investment Banking, US CPA, and CMA courses. You will work with high-intent leads, provide career-focused counseling, and convert prospects into confirmed enrollments through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.
