TechnicalSupport Training & Consultation to our customers onSOLIDWORKS range ofproductsTroubleshooting software functionality related issues includinginstallation and compatibility with OS and Hardware and Providetechnical support to customers through Phone/mail/Remoteaccess/Onsite.

Manage& build relation with customers by providing on timedelivery of thesolutions.
Solvedesign related issues and handle errors while usingsoftwares.


DesiredSkills &Experience:
Graduatesor postgraduates in Mechanical / Industrial / ProductionEngineering.
Domainexperience in Mechanical industry Design and Manufacturing ofMachines Automobile Electronicsetc.

Ability to readmanufacturing drawings and expertise in complex part modellingAssembly modelling parametricdetailingSkills andpassion to provide Technical Support on CAD/CAE Solutions to endcustomers in terms on Software operational issues withtroubleshootingknowledge.
