    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance and counseling to students who are interested in studying abroad
    • Assist students in understanding the visa application process, including the required documents and procedures
    • Help students prepare the necessary paperwork and ensure that all documents are complete and accurate
    • Communicate with educational institutions and visa authorities to obtain necessary information and updates
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest visa regulations and requirements for different countries
    • Conduct information sessions and workshops to educate students about studying abroad and visa processes
    • Assist students in preparing for English language proficiency tests, such as IELTS
    • Provide support and guidance to students during the visa application process, including interview preparation
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all student interactions and visa applications
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient visa processing for students
