    About the Job:

    As Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth. You will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies across various digital platforms such as social media, search engines, email, website and more.

    Please note that we are seeking a versatile individual who can wear multiple hats. If you're someone who enjoys the challenge of juggling diverse tasks and contributing to different aspects of digital marketing, then you'll fit right in with our team.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation and Management: Work with content and design team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including, social media posts, email newsletters, blog posts, and website content. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery.
    • Social Media Management and Strategy: Manage company profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook, , Instagram, YouTube and others. Engage with followers and monitor social media trends and conversations. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through these platforms.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI. Use tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to track performance and provide regular reports to management.
    • SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website rankings and organic search. Manage SEM/PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to increase visibility and generate leads.
    • Website Management: Work closely with web developers to ensure the company website is optimized for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Update website content, landing pages, and forms as needed.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Segment email lists, help create personalized content, and optimize email delivery and open rates.
    • Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize content for search engines.
    • Be Proactive: Proactively seek out ways to enhance our strategies, whether it's suggesting new content ideas, proposing optimizations for campaigns, or exploring emerging trends in the industry.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Should have experience of running successful digital marketing campaigns through platforms such as Google ads, FB ads etc.
    • Should have experience in creating and managing quality content with popular social media platforms like YouTube, , Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
    • Have a knowledge of running email campaigns on software like Zoho Campaign or Mailchimp.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as an internal reporting tool.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or related field.
    • Certification in digital marketing is an advantage.

    Experience:

    • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary: Rs. 4.5 to 6 lacs per annum, depending on experience.
