    Position: Chartered Accountant - Head Office

    Industry: Only candidates with Real Estate background will be eligible for this role.

    Client: Leading Pune based Real Estate Developer specializing in Residential and Commercial projects.

    We are seeking CA candidates for our Head Office to oversee General Ledger and Balance Sheet activities. Candidates should possess strong SAP proficiency and IND AS knowledge.

    Experience: Minimum 3 years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) CTC: Up to 18 LPA Preferred

    Job Description:

    • Finalize Trial Balance and prepare Financial Statements on a quarterly basis.
    • Generate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
    • Prepare quarterly Advance Tax workings.
    • Compile working papers for Tax audits, Income Tax Returns (ITRs), GST Annual returns, and GST audits. Coordinate with Direct and Indirect tax teams for submissions.
    • Ensure timely recording and reconciliation of Salary Journal Vouchers (JVs).
    • Manage timely payments of statutory dues such as PF, ESIC, PT, GST, TDS, etc.
    • Prepare, submit, and reconcile GST payments, Returns, and Input Tax Credits (ITC).
    • Generate statutory compliance reports monthly and quarterly.
    • Handle RERA compliances including preparation of workings for RERA Form 3 and Form 5.
    • File quarterly TDS returns within stipulated deadlines and reconcile with books.
    • Prepare Related Party Transactions (RPT) Sheet and reconcile balances with corresponding entities.
    • Conduct vendor reconciliations as necessary.
    • Create asset codes, verify plant and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
    • Post all Non-Purchase Order (PO) Bills with accurate accounting.
    • Manage government payments related to PMRDA, MPCB, etc., and upload/release budgets.
    • Prepare MSME workings for audits.
