    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with triage, safeguard owners, and the legal team for assigned domains, collecting, correcting, validating, and preparing evidence for assessor requests.
    • Ensure that the evidence submitted meets external assessor requirements.
    • Monitor and track assessor requests for the assigned domain, working with cross-functional teams to address requests on time and finalize submissions.
    • Strive for a Zero request reopen rate.
    • Work with ADMs and assessors to establish regular meetings for discussing parameters of cycle-based safeguard testing.
    • Lead weekly scrum meetings, document detailed minutes and actions, and track them to closure.
    • Partner with stakeholders and Privacy Program team members to identify, develop, and report valuable KPIs and metrics for tracking against Privacy Program goals.
    • Provide project management support to ensure timely deliverables and milestones are set and executed in each cycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Over 7 years of experience in project/program management with a proven leadership track record in executing large-scale projects.
    • Technical Privacy background.
    • 3-5 years of recent or current experience in an external privacy audit practice within a large technology company.
    • Solid program management experience dealing with complex, ever-changing processes amid dynamic business requirements.
    • Possesses a can-do attitude and a positive approach to overcoming impediments and ensuring project success.
    • Capable and skilled in managing multiple projects, integrating them, and achieving milestones.
    • Hands-on experience integrating diverse datasets, deriving meaningful insights, and providing management reports for decision-making.
    • Good understanding of Data Privacy, GDPR, and CCPA norms and their impact on business, with the ability to identify solutions to safeguard them.
    • Has the technical capability to communicate effectively across teams on privacy matters.
    • Knowledgeable about data-related initiatives such as ingestion, report and dashboard creation, and analytics.
    • Ability to balance client needs and prioritize tasks.
    • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to sell solutions to clients.
    • Relevant industry certification (IAPP CIPP certification preferred) in Privacy will be helpful.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
    • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
    • Contribute content and collaborate via the OrangePeople Wiki/Knowledge Base.
    • Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.
