    Objectivesof this role

    • Work on awide range of projects and media using various software programs tovisualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet businessgoals
    • Obtain input from managers to ensure thatdesigns meet organizational standards and brand expectationsexpress ideas accurately and represent the company or clientappropriately
    • Work independently as well ascooperatively with team leaders to meetdeadlines
    • Examine existing processes identifyflaws and create solutions that improve designcapabilities
    • Develop concepts with software andexecute original content by determining the ideal usage of colortext font style imagery and layout
    • Manage thedesign and uploading process for all projectmaterials

    Requiredskills andqualifications
    • Exceptionalcreativity and innovative design skills
    • One ormore years of experience with design software including Illustrator& Photoshop
    • Organizational andtimemanagement skills for meeting deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment
    • Desire to continue building skillset with training
    • Should be comfortable workingin US Shift (6:30 pm to 4:30 amIST)
