    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the paint industry. This is a junior-level position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the paint industry
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
    • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our luxury paints
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve customer issues
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions
    • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our products
