Job Description:

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design and implementation of scalable and robust solutions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define technical architectures that align with business objectives.

Java Development:

• Architect, design, and implement Javabased applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Stay updated on the latest Java technologies and best practices.

Cloud Expertise (AWS):

• Design, deploy, and manage applications in the AWS cloud environment.
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and others to optimize performance and Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and Define and implement strategies for system integration, ensuring seamless communication between various components and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
• Participate in initial discussions with client to understand the problem statement and prepare solutions.
• Conduct indepth discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs, objectives,and expectations.
• Demo the solution to client leadership and technical team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of Total experience, with a strong background in Java development.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Architect and implement Java-based applications.

Good to Have:

AI/ML framework familiarity. Prior technical leadership. Advanced degree in CS or related.
