This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Marketing Specialist, located in Kolkata metropolitan area, at Creative Bakers & Confectioners Pvt Ltd. As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data to improve campaign performance and ensure maximum engagement with our audience. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Certifications in digital marketing and related fields are a plus
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
