    Description

    Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category - A priority customers.

    - Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.

    - Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.

    - Cross sells bank products to existing set of customers.

    Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.

    - Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.

    - Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.

    - Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.

    - To work in synergy with the cross functional teams to generate wallet share across Wealth & Liability products . - To cross sell wealth & liability products to the bank's premium #Assetclients. Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets.

    Build and deepen relationships with existing Wealth Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.

    Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer wallet share and satisfaction leading to client retention and growth.

    Ensure ongoing self-development.

    Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.

    Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.
