    Duties &Responsibilities
    1. Develop and implement paid mediastrategies and tactics that align with the business
    objectives within the digital team as well as with other marketingand technical teams.
    2. App marketing experienceincluding App store optimization User acquisitioncampaign
    management(download/install/registration/sales) as per the mode ofbusiness
    3. Hand on experience of Marketplace MarketingAdvertising & maintenance (Amazon
    Flipkart JiomartMyntra etc)
    4. ShareChat Snapchat advertisementexperience
    5. Prior experience of using mobile/websitemarketing analytics and attribution platform
    likeAppsflyer Microsoft Clarity
    6. Knowledge of backendcloud computing service and application developmentplatform
    like Firebase
    7. SDK GA4 Tag ManagerEcommerce data layer push and integration
    8. Priorexperience of using 3rd party tools like SEMrush Similar WebScreening Frog
    Keyword Planner Ahref would be counted asan addon
    9. Manage social media paid search display andmedia buying initiatives as well as digital
    teamprocesses (i.e. reporting using Looker Studio ad copies keywordstrategies etc.)
    10. Audit and maintain/improve paidmedia performance for our web properties and
    brandswhile building on to analytics & monitoring tools.

    • Function as an internal subject matter to guiding technicalteams (technical product
    owners architects) on the bestapproach for new website features functionality and
    improvements to improve ads quality (i.e. page loading timeslanding page wireframes
    etc.)
    12. Partnerwith other marketing teams to improve paid performance contributionto the
    entire conversion funnel at all touchpoints inthe purchase lifecycle and not only
    focusing onlastclick/anyclick attribution.
    13. Develop insights andstrategies and stay up to date on the newest searchmarketing
    and ecommerce trends.
    14. Maintainknowledge and understanding of paid requirements of other marketingand
    technical employees.
