    About the role:

    The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high pressure environment coordinating the logistics of the CEO of the company. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Calendar Management: Meticulous control, coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and flow of information to senior management, as assigned.
    • Travel Management: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation and other logistics.
    • Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meetings agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
    • Communication: Responsible for strong effective communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients on behalf of the CEO.
    • Data and Information Management: Effective document and record management – timely updating of all the records. Keep all information organized and easily accessible.
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information wit utmost discretion and uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
    • Special projects: Overseas and manage specific projects, such as company events, preparing reports and coordinating with other departments.

    Minimum Requirement:

    • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior -level executives or directors.
    • Execellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in using productivity tools and software, including MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Execeptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with the individuals at all levels.
