    Role: ServiceNow Presales and Solution Architect

    Experience: 10-15 yrs

    Work Days : Monday to Friday.

    Location: Base Location India but ready to Travel Middle East, UK and US

    Job Description:

    1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized ServiceNow solutions.
    2. Lead the presales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution definition.
    3. Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, staying up-to-date on the latest product enhancements and capabilities.
    4. Identify customer pain points and develop innovative solutions to address their specific needs.
    5. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customers to ensure a successful sales process and customer satisfaction.
    6. Provide technical guidance to the sales team, including training on the ServiceNow platform and best practices for selling our solutions.
    7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
    8. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and industry best practices to guide product positioning and differentiation.
