- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the back office, including data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, orders, and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and address customer inquiries or concerns.

- Proven experience in back office operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and back office software systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to back office operations.
