    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the back office, including data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, orders, and documentation.
    • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and address customer inquiries or concerns.
    • Monitor workflow and productivity of back office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports to track performance metrics and operational KPIs.
    • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the back office operations.
    • Train and onboard new employees, providing instruction on systems, processes, and company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience in back office operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and back office software systems.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to back office operations.
