    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
    • Must be at least a graduate or MBA and must have his/her two wheeler
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Knowledge of FMCG industry, specifically in the coffee segment, is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and achieve targets
    • Identify and prospect potential customers
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Provide excellent customer service and support
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
    • Negotiate and close sales deals
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
