    Description

    Project Delivery Manager will be the person who drives execution of Payment project and has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, Vendor Coordination, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Perspective

    To facilitate Business specific initiatives to improve the Customer Experience. To facilitate business to Identify and sort Customer Grievances. Undertake initiatives to enhance ESFB's technical landscape.Execute project with effective budget and to enable business to get maximum ROI.

    Managing business and stake holders expectations Scope management Making sure of delivery of working product with quick turn-around.

    Process Perspective

    Identify existing issues in process being followed and enhance the same. Make the processes for organization and business friendly in order to achieve maximum benefit from projects. Enhancement of project processes and managing scope & approvals.Coordination, orientation and management of Partner and Internal team. Effective communication planning & Management

    Perform quality checks and control.

    Customer Perspective

    Assuring deliverables to meet basic customer expectations and give better experience.Enable business with continuous support to generate more revenue and customer base. Close monitoring of Partners involved in supporting core applications and ensuring no customer impact. Customer satisfaction through early and enhanced delivery

    Learning & Growth Perspective

    Work closely with business and operations team to enhance their experience by understanding the market needs Lead and guide the Partners and Internal teams to ensure timely delivery

    Identify training needs of project team on functional or procedural & ensure training is provided

    Qualifications

    • Graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience on project Delivery experience
    • Solid experience in managing projects through Partners.
    • Good communication and analytical skills.
    • Experience seeing projects through full project life cycle
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
    • Familiarity with project management and software tools, methodologies and best practices
    • Good team management skills
    • Experience in IT [Banking / Payments Domain (UPI/IMPS/BBPS/NEFT/RTGS/NACH, External Partner Integration)], Experience in API Integration (JSON or SOAP), Knowledge on Analysis tools like KIBANA, Knowledge in Application Architecture, Strong analytical skills.
