Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Intune Support Administrator to join our team. As an Intune Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Intune environment, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance. You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide assistance to end users, and implement security policies and compliance standards for Intune. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in managing and supporting Intune technical support and troubleshooting for Intune-related issues

Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of the Intune environment

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the implementation and enforcement of security policies and compliance standards in Intune

Assist end users with device enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting in Intune

Manage and maintain Intune policies, profiles, and applications

Conduct regular audits of Intune configurations and policies to ensure compliance

Stay up to date with the latest Intune updates and features, and recommend improvements to enhance the Intune degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Proven experience in managing and supporting Intune environments

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including Intune and related technologies

Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Intune policies, profiles, and applications

Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Office 365 and Azure Active Directory

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified, Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus
