Technical Lead, SCALA

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to guide our team in delivering robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive successful project delivery.
Discuss technology requirements with stakeholders and define strategic solutions.
Write technical design documents and perform data analysis to aid development work.
Develop high-quality SCALA code that meets business needs and participates in testing efforts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

At least [Number] years of experience in software development with a focus on SCALA.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring software development teams.
Strong proficiency in SCALA programming language and experience with functional programming concepts and libraries.
