    Job Overview:

    The Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy for the company. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs..

    Responsibilities:

    1. Tech & Non-Tech Hiring Expertise:

    · Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of tech & non-tech hiring processes, including sourcing, assessing, and securing top tech talent.

    · Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.

    2. Recruitment Strategy:

    · Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization's tech & non-tech talent needs.

    · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and priorities.

    3. Sourcing and Attraction:

    · Oversee the sourcing process to attract a diverse pool of qualified tech candidates.

    · Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and stay updated on tech industry trends.

    · Manage complete recruitment life cycle (Source > Screen > Interview > Hire).

    4. Candidate Assessment:

    · Implement effective assessment methodologies to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    · Conduct technical interviews for key positions and provide insights to hiring managers.

    5. Employer Branding:

    · Enhance the employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience in recruitment.

    · Collaborate with marketing to create compelling employer branding materials for tech & non-tech professionals.

    6. Data Analytics:

    · Utilize data analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

    · Make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring.
    • Strong knowledge of current tech recruiting trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced tech environment.
