Job Description :

• Sell travel products and tour packages
• Product's Knowledge and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
• Deliver and exceed team performance and productivity
• Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability
• Meet regularly with team members to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work
• Organize incentives, bonus schemes and competitions
• Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
• Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business
• Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business

Travel Manager Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in tourism, travel or hospitality is required for corporate travel managers.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in the travel industry.
• A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience may be preferred.
• Knowledge of travel management processes.
• The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• A basic understanding of Geography.
