Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Sales
Age Criteria: 25-30, preferably maximum of 33
Location: Zimbabwe

Experience Range: 4-5 years
Initial Contract: 1 year, with a 3-month probationary period
Driving License Requirement: Compulsory
Vehicle: Car provided without driver
Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across the country required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share within the beverage industry.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
3. Channel Management: Manage and maintain relationships with distribution channels, ensuring effective distribution of products and optimizing sales performance.
4. Van Sales Management: Utilize experience in van sales operations to oversee and optimize van sales activities, ensuring efficient product distribution and maximum sales volume.
5. Direct Operation Oversight: Oversee direct sales operations, including sales team management, performance evaluation, and training to enhance productivity and achieve sales objectives.
6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained, promptly addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• - 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the beverage industry.
• - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to effectively manage a sales team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• - Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the country.
• - Experience in van sales, direct operation management, and distribution channel management preferred.
