The ideal candidates is a team leader whois able to make effective decisions quickly.Ultimatelyrecruiting managers will manage our recruitment to ensure we hirequalified employees to meet our company s current and future needs.
    ResponsibilitiesEnd to End ofRecruitment: Oversee the entirerecruitment process includingsourcing screeninginterviewing and on boarding candidates.RecruiterManagement: Hire train and retainrecruiters ensuring they meetperformance goalsand deliver highquality candidates.TeamLeadership: Lead and motivate therecruitment team setting clear goals andexpectations andmonitoring their performance.TeamTraining: Conduct regular trainingsessions for the recruitment team toenhance theirskills and keep them updated with industry trends.Reporting:Generate analyze and present recruitment reports using Excelproviding insightsand recommendations to improve the recruitment process.ProblemSolver: Identify challenges in therecruitment process and develop effectivesolutions toaddress them promptly.SeniorProfiles: Work closely on seniorlevelrecruitment projects understanding theunique requirementsand expectations of these profiles.
    Requirementsand skills
    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Overall 2years of experience wherein 07 08 months should be in team handling
    • Must have theexperience background in Recruitment & Staffing Firm
    • Proven experience inrecruitment preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and data analysis.
    • Strong problemsolvingabilities.
    • Ability towork with seniorlevel candidates and clients.
    • Exceptionalorganizational and time management skills.
    • Teamoriented withleadership qualities.
    • Responsible forachieving monthly quarterly and annual recruitment targets
    • Ability to come upwith innovative solutions in challenging situations.
    • Problem solvingattitude
    • Going aboveand beyond in providing excellent client service garnering positiveclient feedback and rating.
    • Keep track ofrecruiting metrics (e.g. time to hire and cost per hire)
    • Supervise therecruiting team and report on its performance

    • Handson experiencewith Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
