    Process Management

    • Mid Month & End of Month Business Reviews with Partners & Team
    • Execution Closure of Meeting Actionable
    • PSI Management, Business Analytics
    • Visit of Key POS as per Visit Plan
    • Visit Report & Execution Closure of Actionable Optimization of Partner Schemes & Consumer Offers
    • Communications, Guideline Adherence, Staff
    • Training, Sell through plan achievement, claim closures
    People Management

    • Training of EBO Staff as per Training Calendar Training of SIS Staff as per Training Calendar
    • Development of Regional Team as per Strategic directions

    What are we looking for:

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Must have 12 to 16 years of experience of working either in Fashion & Lifestyle or Consumer Electronics industry.
    • Must be a Graduate or MBA
    • Preferably from Watch Industry. Should have Hands-On experience of having worked in the North and East India General Trade Market with reputed Watch / Consumer / FMCG / Fashion / Lifestyle Brands
    • Should have Proven Track Record of being a Self-Driven Professional
    • Excellent People Management Skills, Excellent Communication Skills
    • Written and Spoken, Excellent Presentation Skills
