    Customer Support Advisor

    Jio invites applications for Customer Support Advisors with excellent English communication skills to join their team.

    • This role involves providing support via chat & email along with inbound/outbound calls.

    The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice), strong laptop and stable broadband connection required.
    Rotational shifts including night shifts will be assigned;
    The working schedule is six days a week with one rotational week off;
    Candidates pursuing studies are not eligible;
