Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of QA engineers in the planning, execution, and reporting of test activities across multiple projects.

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to identify quality issues and drive resolution.

Establish and maintain QA standards and best practices, including test automation, performance testing, and regression testing.

Monitor and analyze test results, identifying trends and patterns to inform continuous improvement efforts.

Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging technologies, and share knowledge with the broader team.
